1.TRIO-ALKALINITY CONTROL (BOILER WATER PH ADJ.)

TRIO-ALKALINITY CONTROL is concentrated alkaline liquid used for increasing low pH value that could happen in steam and boiling water boilers. This product provides corrosion and accumulation control in boiler water. Its manner of application varies according to the boiler type and boiler pressure. The dosing is adjusted with the measurement of pH value of boiler water. TRIO-ALKALINITY CONTROL is also used, together with TRIO-TAS (Descaling Liquid), for neutralization of pH value of the ambient after acid cleaning.

2.TRIO-BOCO (BOILER COAGULANT)

TRIO-BOCO is a liquid sludge corrector, which prevents formation of deposits and sludge sediments that may be accumulated on metal parts of medium and low pressure boilers. TRIO-BOCO keeps the sludge in small particles in dispersed condition, and takes it away from the boiler by means of a bluffing process in the boiler, avoiding excessive heating and pipe-splitting pertaining to such deposit accumulation in boiler pipes. TRIO-BOCO is also readily used at such times when a fuel leakage from make-up water fed into boiler is observed. This product coagulates fuel droplets, sinks suspense solids to the bottom, and takes them away from boiler by the aid of bluffing process. Should fuel leakage is excessive and continuous the reason of such leakage must be investigated, leakage be remedied, and off-line cleaning be performed. The initial dosage of TRIO-BOCO is 20-30 grams per 1 ton of water, and must be introduced through a dosage pump on a continuous basis to the tank where hotwell or condensate return lines are collected.

3.TRIO-BWT (BOILER WATER TREATMENT)

TRIO-BWT is a scale and corrosion inhibitor in liquid form, which is used in water- or flame-piped boilers running under low and medium pressure conditions. Through use of TRIO-BWT the make-up (feeding) water that is fed to boiler is conditioned. This product transforms calcium and magnesium salts, which cause hardening, into soft and non-sticky precipitate, preventing formation of scales. It eliminates dissolved oxygen in make-up water, providing corrosion protection for boiler pipes. Forming p-alkalinity in boiler water, it takes boiler water away from acidic section. TRIO-BWT must be continuously dosed to make-up suction line in the system, by the aid of a dosing pump, throughout the operation of boiler. TRIO-BWT must be diluted with pure water or condensate water. If no conditioning program is implemented for boiler water, then the initial dosage of TRIO-BWT is 200 grams per 1 ton of water; while the continuous dosing quantity is 30-100 grams per 1 ton of water depending on the quality of make-up water. In boiler water the presence of p-alkalinity is desirable to be at 100-300 ppm (CaCO ) and chloride at max. 300 ppm, as well as in 3 condensate return water the pH range to be 8,3-9. In the presence of chloride of >300 ppm and p-alkalinity of >300 ppm, the boiler must be bluffed until the values of chloride and p-alkalinity available in boiler water are reduced to the desired level.

4.TRIO-BWT/P (BAOILER WATER TREATMENT-POWDER)

TRIO-BWT/P is a powder used for preventing scale and corrosion in water- or flame-piped boilers running at a 16-bar pressure. It forms the existence of p-alkalinity in boiler water, obstructing acidic (low pH values) environment and controlling calcium and magnesium salts contained in make-up water that results in accumulation of deposits in water section of the boiler. Any formed sludge is removed with boiler bluffing. The most ideal dosage place is boiler water feeding line. The initial dosage of TRIO-BWT/P is 400 grams per 1 ton of water. In boiler water the presence of p-alkalinity is desirable to be at 100- 300 ppm (CaCO ) and chloride at max. 300 ppm, as well as in condensate return water the pH range to be 8,3-9. In the 3 presence of chloride of >300 ppm and p-alkalinity of >300 ppm, the boiler must be bluffed until the values of chloride and p-alkalinity available in boiler water are reduced to the desired level.

5.TRIO-BWT/S (BOILER WATER TREATMENT)

TRIO-BWT/S is a scale and corrosion inhibitor in liquid form, which is used in water- or flame-piped boilers running under low and medium pressure conditions, with sulfide used as oxygen catcher. Through use of TRIO-BWT/S the make-up (feeding) water that is fed to boiler is conditioned. This product transforms calcium and magnesium salts, which cause hardening, into soft and non-sticky precipitate, preventing formation of scales. It eliminates dissolved oxygen in make-up water, providing corrosion protection for boiler pipes. Forming p-alkalinity in boiler water, it takes boiler water away from acidic section. TRIOBWT/S must be continuously dosed to make-up suction line in the system, by the aid of a dosing pump, throughout the operation of boiler. TRIO-BWT/S must be diluted with pure water or condensate water. If no conditioning program is implemented for boiler water, then the initial dosage of TRIO-BWT/S is 200 grams per 1 ton of water; while the continuous dosing quantity is 30-100 grams per 1 ton of water depending on the quality of make-up water. 6.TRIO-CAT SULPHITEE (BOILER WATER TREATMENT-OXYGEN)

TRIO-CAT.SULPHITE is a liquid catalyzed product used eliminating dissolved oxygen that has corrosive influence, within water contained in steam and boiling water boilers. Dissolved oxygen available in make-up water results in corrosion (pitting) on metal parts of the boiler, causing punctuations. TRIO-CAT.SULPHITE rapidly reacts with dissolved oxygen even at lower temperatures. Dosage quantity varies depending upon oxygen content in make-up water. In general, 10 ppm TRIO-CAT.SULPHITE is required for elimination of 1 ppm oxygen. Excessive sulfide that should be contained in those boilers running at up to 32 bar is in the range of 20-50 ppm, and in higher pressure boiler in the range of 10-15 ppm. Dosage of TRIO-CAT.SULPHITE may vary depending upon the system and water, and a daily product dosage of approximately 1 Kg is sufficient. The product must be dosed to a make-up water line after circulation outflow by the aid of a dosage pump. Continuous dosage is fundamental in the system.

7.TRIO-CND (CONDASATE CONTROL)

TRIO-CND is a volatile amine-based liquid product used for preservation of condensate return lines in water-vapor cycle. It moves with vapor and turns into liquid phase through intensification of raw vapor, improving pH value of acidic ambient as a result of lower pH values in condensate return lines. Thanks to this process, it prohibits carbonic acid corrosion. By using this product, dissolved oxygen available in make-up water is eliminated and punctuations are avoided. It contains neutralizing and passivating amines. Dosage quantity should be set to ensure that pH value of condensate return water will become in the range of 8,3-9. If pH value of condensate return water is lower than 8.3 or higher than 9, then TRIO-CND dosage must be augmented or reduced, respectively. Its ideal dosage point is boiler’s feeding line inlet or outlet. It should be applied with continuous dosage principle.

8.TRIO-HARDNESS CONTROL (BOILER WATER TREATMENT_HARDNESS CONTROL)

TRIO-HARDNESS CONTROL is a powder product, which is used for precipitating hardness of calcium and magnesium and providing phosphate control in both low and high pressure boiler water. Calcium and magnesium salts in boiler water are transformed into non-sticky and soft sludge by introducing TRIO-HARDNESS CONTROL, and taken away from boiler by the aid of bluffing process. TRIO-HARDNESS CONTROL is a derivative of sodium phosphate and may be readily used with TRIO-ALKALINITY CONTROL. Dissolution is achieved through providing a temperate range of 40-50°C and introducing one scale of TRIO-HARDNESS CONTROL into 20 scales of pure water (condensate, distillate, etc.), and such prepared solution is made available for dosing to the system. The dosage of TRIO-HARDNESS CONTROL varies according to the make-up water quality and boiler pressure. If no phosphate application is done in boiler water, then the initial dosage of TRIO-HARDNESS CONTROL is 30-80 grams per 1 ton of water; while the continuous dosage is 10-25 grams per 1 ton of make-up water. The product may be dosed to a stim dram, water dram or economizer inlet, by the aid of a dosage pump. It should be applied with continuous dosage principle

9.TRIOCBI-55 (BOILER & CONDENSATE WATER TREATMENT)

TRIOCBI-55 is a liquid product containing alkali compounds, scale and corrosion inhibitors as well as volatile amine groups, which is used for protection of boiler water section and condensate return lines in water- or flame-piped boilers running at pressure of up to 30 bar. This product transforms calcium and magnesium salts, which cause hardening, into soft and non-sticky precipitate, preventing formation of scales. It eliminates dissolved oxygen in make-up water, providing corrosion protection for boiler pipes and condensate lines. Forming p-alkalinity in boiler water, it takes boiler water away from acidic section. It also increases low pH values (acidic environment) caused by carbon dioxide in condensate return lines, avoiding punctures in such return lines. TRIOCBI-55 must be continuously dosed to make-up suction line in the system, by the aid of a dosing pump, throughout the operation of boiler. If no conditioning program is implemented for boiler water, then the initial dosage of TRIOCBI55 is 250 grams per 1 ton of water; while the continuous dosing quantity is 50-100 grams per 1 ton of water depending on the quality of make-up water. In boiler water the presence of p-alkalinity is desirable to be at 100-300 ppm (CaCO ) and chloride at 3 max. 300 ppm, as well as in condensate return water the pH range to be 8,3-9. In the presence of chloride of >300 ppm and palkalinity of >300 ppm, the boiler must be bluffed until the values of chloride and p-alkalinity available in boiler water are reduced to the desired level.desired level.

10.GEN-66 (STEAM GENERATOR WATER SCALE AND CORROSION INHIBITOR

TRIOGEN-66 is a scale and corrosion inhibitor in liquid form, which is used in steam generators running under low and medium pressure conditions. Through use of TRIOGEN-66 the make-up (feeding) water that is fed to steam generator is conditioned. This product transforms calcium and magnesium salts, which cause hardening, into soft and non-sticky precipitate, preventing formation of scales. It eliminates dissolved oxygen in make-up water, providing corrosion protection for pipes of steam generator. Forming p-alkalinity in steam generator, it takes generator water away from acidic section. TRIOGEN-66 must be continuously dosed to make-up suction line in the system, by the aid of a dosing pump, throughout the operation of steam generator. TRIOGEN-66 must be diluted with pure water or condensate water. If no conditioning program is implemented for steam generator, then the initial dosage of TRIOGEN-66 is 250 grams per 1 ton of water; while the continuous dosing quantity is 80-150 grams per 1 ton of water depending on the quality of make-up water.

11.ANTIFREEZE

Antifreeze lowers the freezing point , raises the boiling point and prevents corrosion and rust.Antifreeze prevents freezing in water and heating in sun there fore using antifreeze is suggested in four seasons.Depending on the temperature of the desired protection,antifreeze can be mixed with water in any ratio.

12.TRIOCOOL (FOR OPEN-CIRCUIT SYSTEMS)

TRIO-COOL is a liquid chemical for improvement, which is used for preventing formation of scales and corrosion to be created by process water in open-circuit cooling units. Through use of TRIO-COOL the make-up (feeding) water that is fed to the system is conditioned. This product transforms calcium and magnesium salts, which cause hardening, into soft and non-sticky precipitate, preventing formation of scales and minimizing corrosion by reacting with dissolved oxygen. TRIO-COOL must be continuously dosed to make-up suction line in the system, by the aid of a dosing pump, throughout the operation of cooling system. If no conditioning program is implemented for cooling water, then the initial dosage of TRIO-COOL is 200 grams per 1 ton of water; while the continuous dosing quantity is 30-100 grams per 1 ton of water depending on the quality of make-up water.

13.TRIOCOOL-D (COOLING WATER TREATMENT)

TRIOCOOL-D is a liquid inhibitor for scales and corrosion, which is used in closed-circuit cooling systems and does not contain chromates. This product has a feature of buffering pH value of cooling water and used readily with ethylene glycol-based antifreezes. In those systems composed of different types of metal and in metal surfaces it creates an oxide layer, prohibiting electrolytic corrosion. It features a fairly efficient inhibitor used in every ferrous and none-ferrous metals and is very efficient against cavitation and erosion. It would be proper for this product to be dosed to an expansion tank, in which case the system water circulation should be ensured after dosing process. If no conditioning program is implemented for system water, then the initial dosage of TRIOCOOL-D is in the range of 8 to 10 Kg per 1 ton of water depending on the quality of make-up water. Refer to the below table for setting the amount of TRIOCOOL-D addition to the water to be fed due to losses that may arise in the system. TRIOCOOL-D should be available in the system water on a continuous basis and checked with nitrite test in water. It is ideal for cooling water to contain 1000 to 2400 ppm of nitrite. For the system water, pH value should be in the range of 8.3-10.0, chloride amount max. 50 ppm or in such value as recommended by machine producer, and total hardness max. 180 ppm.

14.TRIOCOOL-DP (COOLING WATER TREATMENT-POWDER)

TRIOCOOL-DP is a powder inhibitor for scales and corrosion, which is soluble in water and used in closed-circuit cooling systems and does not contain chromates. This product has a feature of buffering pH value of cooling water and used readily with ethylene glycol-based antifreezes. In those systems composed of different types of metal and in metal surfaces it creates an oxide layer, prohibiting electrolytic corrosion. TRIOCOOL-DP should be available in the system water on a continuous basis and checked with nitrite test in water. It is ideal for cooling water to contain 1000 to 2400 ppm of nitrite. For the system water, pH value should be in the range of 8.3-10.0, chloride amount max. 50 ppm or in such value as recommended by machine producer, and total hardness max. 180 ppm.

15.TRIOS-21 (ANTISCALANT FOR REVERSE OSMOSIS SYSTEM)

TRIOS-21 is an organic based compound using for preventing the formations of deposits and scales at the membranes.This product prevents silica,carbonate,sulphate and disperses iron and silica.TRIOS-21 lengthens the life of the membranes and males the membrane surfaces keep clean.The ideal dosage is between 5 – 10 ppm.

16.TRIOSIT (SEA WATER COOLING SYSTEM MICROORGANISM CONTROL)

TRIOSIT is a product in liquid form, which is used for impeding microbiological and macrobiological contamination in cooling system. This product prevents formation of bacteria, moss, oyster, mussel, fungus, mold and eliminates the possibility of microbiological corrosion, functioning as a corrosion inhibitor; therefore, heat transfer is achieved properly. 10 ppm (mg/lt = gr/ton) of TRIOSIT should be introduced to the system through a dosage pump every 2 days on coastal waters, and every 7 days during navigation on open sea passages. In order to achieve 10 ppm 1.5 kg of TRIOSIT should be introduced for flow rate of every 100 tons of water for a period of exceeding one hour and a half. The most ideal dosage of TRIOSIT introduction is pre-kinistine filter.

17.TRIOSIT-F (MICROORGANISIM CONTROL)

TRIOSIT-F is a product in liquid form, which is used for impeding microbiological and macrobiological contamination in cooling system. This product prevents formation of bacteria, moss, oyster, mussel, fungus, mold and eliminates the possibility of microbiological corrosion, functioning as a corrosion inhibitor; therefore, heat transfer is achieved properly. TRIOSIT-F should be dosed by shocking in intervals of 3 to 5 days, in amount of 30 to 100 grams per one ton of water

18.TRIO-EVAPTREAT (EVAPORATOR TREATMENT)

TRI-EVAPTREAT is a concentrated liquid product, which is used as an anti-deposit, corrosion and foam accumulating on low and high pressure fresh water systems, by the help of its content of active polymers and foam arrester chemicals. This agent is, thanks to its content of active polymers, not only used as a deposit inhibitor but also removes existing deposits, eliminating the need of cleaning. It protects heat transfer surfaces and keeps the solids in water in suspended form. Thanks to its content of foam arresters, carry-over event is prevented. If no TRIO-EVAPTREAT application is started then the initial dosage will be 200 grams per 1 ton of water; but the continuous dosage varies from 30 to 100 grams per 1 ton of water, depending upon quality of make-up water.
