Product Name: UNITEDCHEM-SAFE
USAGE AREA
It is a general purpose safe cleaner used for cleaning of diesel, gasoline, petroleum derivatives, vegetable and animal oils, manifolds, load circuits, inert gas residues and deck pollution on locker and tank surfaces. It removes bad smells from the tank. It is not suitable for usage in heavy pollution. It is recommended to be used in slight pollutions. It can also be used to clean tanks from hydrocarbon deposits. It is suitable for all metals including aluminum, galvanized and zinc silicate coated tanks
USAGE METHOD
The dilution rate varies depending on the contamination rate of the surface to be cleaned. It is advised to start cleaning as soon as possible after discharging the cargo of vegetable and animal oils. Especially in the cleaning of dry vegetable and animal oils, prewashing with hot water should not be done (prewashing with cold water should be done to prevent saponification reaction). Mineral and mineral oils should be pre-washed at 50-55°C, pre-wash with vegetable oil for cold water. Corrosion can be a risk if sea water is used during the rinsing stage after cleaning. It is recommended to rinse after fresh cleaning with fresh water instead of sea water.
1 – CIRCULATION METHOD
Chemical solution is prepared with the rates stated in the scale below based on the pollution type. After solution temperature is brought to 60-80°C circulation should be provided for 3-4 hours. It can be used in 3 tanks maximum depending on the same pollution degree. After cleaning, surface should be rinsed with plenty of water.
2 – YIKAMA MAKİNASI INJECTION METHOD
Chemical solution is prepared with the rates stated in the scale below based on the pollution type is transferred into Butterworths inside the tank through injection method. Water temperature should be 60-80°C. Washing operation should be continued for 2-3 hours. After cleaning, rinsing operation should be carried out with fresh water.
