Pasivating Liquid

Pasivating Liquid: Stainless steel surfaces are protected against corrosion by means of passivation process. It is a post-picking product. It forms a layer of chromium oxide on the surface. The passivation process prevents the chemical reaction with any substance by making it passive
Product Name: UNITEDCHEM-PASSIVATING LIQUID

USAGE METHOD

UNITEDCHEM-PASSIVATING LIQUID requires that the tanks be completely free of oil and other contaminants before starting the passivation process.

1 – CIRCULATION METHOD ( ONLY FOR CIRCUITS )

The circulation method is suitable for use in pipelines. UNITEDCHEM-PASSIVATING LIQUID is circulated in the pipeline for 2 hours. Rinse with distilled water until the acid is completely removed after the process. After rinsing, it is necessary to perform the drying process. The metal is tested with the aid of a palladium test kit.

2 – SPRAYING METHOD

The product is concentrated on the tank walls and sprayed without dilution with water and expected to react on the surface for 30 minutes. Rinse with distilled water after cleaning. The absence of metals is tested with the palladium test kit. The metal is tested with the aid of a palladium test kit.

3 – BRUSHING OR SPRAYING METHOD

UNITEDCHEM-PASSIVATING LIQUID with a brush or spray is applied to the surface as a concentrate. It is expected to react on the surface for 15-20 minutes and rinsing is done with the help of pure water (1 lt. UNITEDCHEM-PASSIVATING LIQUID will passivation process in the range of 13-15 m2). The metal is tested with the aid of a palladium test kit.
